Delivery & Payment


Philine delivers to customers in the European Union by registered post using PostNL. Your signature is required. We ask you to take this into account when you specify the delivery (at home or work).

We strive to process orders within 48 hours. The delivery time is 2-5 working days within the Netherlands. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Your contribution for shipment varies per article and destination and starts at €4.95.

All rates are BELOW standard shipping rates because Philine has decided to share the cost with you.

Track your order online

You will be notified when we ship your order. If there is a delay we will let you know. You will receive a PostNL Track & Trace number from us via e-mail. Together with your zip-code, you can follow your package on Track&Trace.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us, so we can track your order with PostNL and inform you about your order.

Delivery outside the European Union

We can have your article(s) delivered worldwide. Please contact us regarding the items you would like to order. We will give you an estimation of expected delivery costs and delivery times based on your location.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Your online payment at Philine is safe and secure. For online payments we use the secure payment system of Adyen.

Prices displayed on the PHILINE Site are quoted in euros. PHILINE accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • VISA/Mastercard (Netherlands & International)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

Pricing & payment

21% VAT is included in all prices at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Privacy & payment

All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect the information from unauthorized use.

Refund on returns

Credit or Debit Card: the time for the refund to show on your Card Statement will depend on the card Company's policies. Refunds made to your bank/PayPal account will show as soon as possible but within 30 days after receipt of the return on the statement of your bank/paypal account.


Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we divulge the information to a third party.

To register at PHILINE we will need to know your name, e-mail address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.
