Once you have placed your order it cannot be reversed due to logistical reasons. However, client has right to return item(s) for a full refund if items are returned in the time & manner specified under 'return instructions'. Risk, loss or damage to products you order on this site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

Order received

After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock.

Order changes

We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Return policy for online purchases

PHILINE endeavours to give customer satisfaction. For PHILINE online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return instructions

We accept returns within 14 days following the delivery of this order. Please follow our instructions below:

  • From the moment you get your order delivered at home you have seven (7) days from the delivery date to notify customer service to request a return. Item(s) must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days.
  • To return an item to us you need to have a return number. Notify customer service that you want to exchange or return an article at: shop@philinehollander.com This e-mail must include the original order number.
  • You will receive an e-mail with the return number and instructions for the return.
  • When we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Important!

Returns are accepted only if they meet all of the following conditions: 1. The consignment has adequate postage and has a valid return number. 2. The article(s) must be returned in their original packaging. The package is must be complete and undamaged. 3. The article(s) should be undamaged and have no signs of being worn.
We do not credit damaged and/or used articles!

An unnotified return or a return without return number and / or without (adequate) postage will not be received by us and will be returned back to the sender. Any costs associated are charged to the sender.

Article(s) used and / or damaged, or which packaging / seal is damaged or missing, are also not accepted and go directly back to the sender. The cost of shipping will be charged to the sender.

If your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to notify this at customer service as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours from time of delivery.

Shipping (costs) returns

The cost of a return is on behalf of the sender, and is therefor not reimbursed by PHILINE.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to PHILINE must be prepaid. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.
